Calgary based Propell Energy Technology Ltd., a provider of energy equipment solutions was acquired by Houston based VoltaGrid LLC. In addition, Prospera, Coast Capital and Sunshine Coast merged. Other updates including on Saskatoon based AI tech company Vendasta and Winnipeg based clothing retailer Warehouse One Clothing Ltd.
