    Kansas City, MO based Herzig Engineering, a provider of electrical safety and reliability services, announced the acquisition of Turtleford, SK based Canada Training Group, an electrical safety training and electrical maintenance training provider.

  • Aviation:
    Onex Partners, TriWest Capital Partners, and other coinventors announced the acquisition of Calgary based AirSprint Inc., a private aircraft operator with offices in Toronto and Montreal as well.

  • Tech:
    Toronto and New York based Mecka AI, a robotics data and infrastructure company, announced the acquisition of Vancouver based Docula, a provider of an AI-data processing engine for medical billing and auditing.

  • Healthcare:
    Saskatoon based PharmaCorp RX Inc. announced the $2.47MM acquisition of a PharmaChoice bannered pharmacy in Western Canada.

  • Tech:
    Vancouver based Redwood AI Corp. (CSE:AIRX) announced the acquisition of Vancouver based Quantum.IQ Technologies Inc., an AI-driven quantum cybersecurity software developer.
