• Infrastructure:
  Calgary based BTG Capital announced the acquisition of the Stephenville International Airport to establish an infrastructure platform in Atlantic Canada.

• Manufacturing:
  Saskatoon based Canadian Tarpaulin Manufacturers Ltd. oa Cantarp announced the acquisition of Saskatoon based Denham Awning Makers (1982) Inc., a manufacturer specializing in residential and commercial awnings and boat covers.

• Software:
  Calgary based Showpass, an event technology company, announced the acquisition of Toronto based Bounced Inc., a campus life platform focused on building campus communities.

• Tech:
  Calgary based Hexagon’s Production Software Division announced the acquisition of Hudson, QC based Planit Canada, a reseller of woodworking software and related support services provider.

• Construction:
  Abbotsford, BC based Columbia Bitulithic Ltd., a provider of road construction and asphalt paving services, was acquired by a Prince George based ownership group.

• Manufacturing:
  Chinese company MotoMotion Furniture, a designer and manufacturer of furniture, announced the acquisition of Winnipeg based Palliser Furniture, a furniture and upholstery manufacturer. MotoMotion has been a Palliser supplier.
