Quinn provides financial solutions to businesses in a range of industries including energy services, manufacturing, transportation as well as professional services.

Tavender has been successfully overseeing and advising business transactions since 1998. Focused primarily on private business enterprises. Tavender’s experience spans a range of industries including technology, oilfield services, oil and gas production, business services, real estate and manufacturing. He combines his proven analytic and strategic skills to bring creative goal-driven solutions designed to meet the diverse needs and expectations of clients. Before co-founding Whitehorn, Tavender gained twelve years of experience as an advisor, business operator, strategic planner and financial analyst in both large and small firms.

Ray Chia, CFA, Vice President
Chia joined Whitehorn as an Analyst and has progressed through the ranks while demonstrating dedication and commitment. He leads the execution of all Whitehorn’s transactions. His analytic and problem-solving skills are at the forefront in guiding clients through the intricacies of a transaction. His accountabilities also span from leading due diligence, negotiating terms, and relationship management. Ray’s experience spans various industries including energy services, building products, manufacturing, consulting, and logistics.
